The 8″ Diagonal Pliers is constructed of Chrome Nickel Steel (CrNi) for extended cutting life and rust resistance. The 10″ Groove Joint, 8″ Slip Joint, and 8″ Long Nose are made from Chrome Vanadium Steel (CrV) for added strength and longer life of teeth. What is the 6″ wire stripper made of? Groove joint pliers grip oddly-shaped materials and turn nuts and bolts. Slip Pliers grip and hold small objects or fasteners, while the long nose pliers reach into tight areas and bend or cut wire. Diagonal Pliers cut wire quickly and the 6″ Wire Stripper strips 10-20 AWG wire with a locking mechanism for easy, one-handed use. It also has as integrated holes for looping and bending wire.
